W Goa elevates Ajay Jawahar Sharma to Executive Assistant Manager (Beverage & Food)

Sharma has demonstrated exceptional leadership and has been instrumental in driving the hotel's F&B business to new heights

W Hotels has promoted Ajay Jawahar Sharma as Executive Assistant Manager (Beverage & Food) at W Goa. Sharma has been with W Goa for nearly five years, having previously carried the role of Director of Beverage & Food at W Goa. In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of the hotel's beverage and food operations including spearheading innovation across W Goa’s dining destinations such as The Kitchen Table, Spice Traders, WooBar, Sylvia and RockPool. 

Sharma has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked with some of the finest luxury hotel brands in India, including Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Intercontinental Hotels Group and now Marriott International. During his tenure at W Goa, Sharma has demonstrated exceptional leadership and has been instrumental in driving the hotel's F&B business to new heights. He has also played a key role in developing new concepts and menus for the hotel's restaurants and bars. He is accredited to have launched Sylvia – W Goa’s premier award-winning gin bar that is home to the best gin and gin cocktails from all over the world.
