The Woodrose, Galaxy Club launches specially curated menu for Navratri

The special thalis will include traditional cuisines from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka, Bengal and Gujarat

The Woodrose by Brigade Hospitality, J P Nagar will be offering a specially curated seven-day menu for Navaratri which begins on October 7, 2021 and ends on October 15, 2021 with seven special traditional thalis on weekdays. The special thalis will include traditional cuisines from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka, Bengal and Gujarat. There will also be special Mangalorean Thali and Indian Navaratri sweets. Galaxy Club at Brigade Gateway also has a specially curated menu for Navaratri.

Karnataka Thali:  Kosambari, Nuggekai Saaru, Ombe Vada, Karamani Palya, Seemae Badanekayi Kootu, Puliogare, Steamed Rice, Curd, Poori, Papad, Pickle and Avalakai Payasa.

Mangalore Thali:  Mangalore Southekayi Huli, Dondai Kai Palya, Suvarnagadde Kootu, Mangalore Rasam, Mangalore Bonda, Boiled Rice, Papad, Pickle and Channa Dal Payasam.

Tamil Nadu Thali: Sundal, Beans Poriyal, Veg Paal Kari, Sambar, Rasam, Plain Rice, Poori, Bonda, Papad, Pickle, Curd and Semiya Payasam.

Kerala Thali:  Kalan, Cabbage Thoran, Aviyal, Sambar, Rasam, Bhindi Pachadi, Boiled Rice, Papad, Pickle and Parappu Payasam.

Andhra Thali:  Kakarakaya Vepudu, Guttu Vankaya Kura, Thota Kura Pappu, Mullangi Chutney, Steamed Rice, Chapati, Papad, Pickle, Curd, Ghee, Chutney Powder and Double Ka Meeta.

Gujarati Thali:  Mixed Sprouts, Undhiyu, Kadhi Pakoda, Katti Meethi Dal, Kachori, Plain Rice, Poori, Dhokla, Green Salad, Papad, Pickle, Mint Chutney and Shrikand.

Bengali Thali:  Radish Salad, Aloo Posto Jhinge, Bhaja Muger Dal, Charchari Karola Shukto, Plain Rice, Luchi, Pepe Chutney, Aloo Kurkure and Chandrakala.

Indian Navaratri Sweets and Savouries: Raj Bhog, Laddu, Chandrakala, Badam Jamoon, Pumpkin Halwa, Chaat Counter, Samosa and Pav Bhaji.
