Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar has announced that Sumit Talwar has been appointed as the new Executive Chef for Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar.

Talwar is a seasoned hospitality professional equipped with extensive experience of 17 years working with myriad of luxury brands including Radisson & Park Inn by Radisson Gwalior, Oberoi Amarvilaas, ITC Fortune Lavasa and The Lalit Jaipur among others.

From being a mentor to a connoisseur, Talwar is well known for his inquisitive ideas and methods which has helped in lifting up the reputation barriers and has successfully revamped the culinary journey of the hotel’s to a new level. He arrives at the Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar with a vision to sustain the hotel’s existing strong positioning and raise the bar even higher.
