Having worked with The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur; Zhiwaling Resort, Bhutan; Taj Bengal, Kolkata and Department of Tourism, Bhutan, Ghosh specialises in strategic planning, execution of business operation and evaluation of industry trends to manage profit pools for supporting corporate development initiatives.

An expert in executing the brand service strategy, incorporating strategic planning skills and the ability to evaluate business trends, Ghosh will determine the applicability to guest profiles and modify business strategies and driving results.
