To curate unique dishes and menu for both outlets at the property and keep food cost under the budget

Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre has appointed Subhajit Sadhukhan as the new Executive Chef.  Taking on this role, Chef Sadhukhan will lead the team of culinary experts at Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre, an IHG Hotel. The key areas of his focus will be curating unique dishes and menu for both outlets at Crowne Plaza Pune and keep the food cost under the budget and also curating some exclusive food festivals.

He is one of the sales driven executive chef, he brings on the table about 22 years of culinary experience which includes HHI, Intercontinental Mumbai, O Hotel to name a few. He has won the award as best team member from Times for Pre-opening for OGCC. He is also been awarded by HHI “best Cost saver of the year 2015”. He has also served 140 Korean and Japanese athletes during the Disha Commonwealth Games in 2017.
