Swaroop Pattanaik joins Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel as Front Office Manager.

Pattanaik comes with over a decade of experience in the Front Office and hospitality industry. He supervises the planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the quality of his department.

He is also responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring that the Front Office meets the brand standards. He specialises in targeting customer needs, revenue growth, and maximizing the financial performance of the department. He is a diligent individual, an excellent communicator, and a disciplinarian who possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

He has been with the Marriott family since 2013. He initiated his career by joining Taj and Hyatt. Later, he worked with hotels like J.W. Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa, and Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow. Previously, he worked with Le Méridien Hyderabad as a Front Office Manager.  

Swaroop Pattanaik likes travelling and spending time with his family in his leisure hours.
