The Hummus Fest includes an exclusive menu highlighting an array of unique Hummus variations which include vegetarian options like Hummus Bin Laban (Garlic Yogurt, Pita Crisps, Sumac, Parsley, Herb Oil), Hummus with Zhoug, Heirloom Cherry Tomato, Truffle Oil and Hummus, served warm with Roasted Cumin, Harissa, Wild Mushrooms. The non-vegetarian options are Sudanese Hummus (Scrambled Eggs, Matbucha, Kalamata Olive Dust), Hummus Bil Lahm (Pulled Lamb, Sumac, EVOO) and Hummus, served warm with Roasted Cumin, Urfa Biber Spiced Minced Chicken, Pine Nuts, Pomegranate.
