Savio Fernandes appointed Director of F&B at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru

To oversee operations of the entire F&B division of Four Seasons in the Garden City

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has appointed Savio Fernandes as the Director of Food and Beverage. Born and raised in Mumbai, Fernandes completed his PG diploma in Hotel Management from Goa. He started his hospitality career with Goa Marriott and then moved as a Guest Service Coordinator in Taj Exotica Goa and over the past two decades worked his way up the ranks as Director of Food & Beverage, with his recent move being to Taj Cidade de Goa.   

Fernandes is known to create memories with guest experiences and delight moments being the forte, and has been actively involved in refurbishing and re-conceptualising their entire F&B. He has an innovative mind-set, is product obsessed and comes across as someone who builds strong relationships with this team – a perfect blend of a Four Seasons person.  

In his current role, Fernandes will be seen overseeing operations of the entire F&B division of Four Seasons in the Garden City of Bengaluru, setting a new pace in the already dynamic dining landscape.
