SAGA, Gurugram appoints Chef Kush Koli as new Head Chef

In his new role, Chef Kush Koli plans to plate some exotic flavours for the new summer menu inspired from global representation of cuisines of India

Chef Kush Koli has been appointed as the new culinary head for SAGA, Gurugram. SAGA, a venture by the two times Michelin Star Chef Atul Kochhar and F&B entrepreneur Vishal Anand showcases a contemporary take on Indian cuisine by complementing the flavours and traditions of India with global and local ingredients and techniques. 

An IHM Pusa graduate, Chef Kush has previously worked in The Oberoi, Ramada Jalandhar, Punjabi By Nature and The Indian Parliament. He has also managed a restaurant and large banquet in Indian Administration at the Parliament of India and also has served the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah over the years at multiple occasions.

His strength is core Indian and regional cuisines. In his new role, Chef Kush Koli plans to plate some exotic flavours for the new summer menu inspired from global representation of cuisines of India and some very regional exploration from all over the country. The new menu assures to cater to the diverse Indian palate and can remind anyone of the rich heritage that has defined our culinary history throughout. 

Located on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, SAGA is a 200-seater contemporary gourmet diner, bringing out the new menu where each delicacy is designed through a recipe that brings out a perfect amalgamation of flavor, taste and creativity. Our handcrafted cocktails use Indian herbs and spices which are a perfect add on to any of the delicacies.
