Roastery Coffee House completes five years this July

Opens fourth outlet in Lucknow, fifth outlet in Jaipur set to launch soon

Roastery Coffee House is completing five years this July. It has five reasons to celebrate with its fourth and fifth outpost coming up in the anniversary month itself, taking the brand’s total to five cafes at five different parts of the country where rich culture and diverse trends go hand in hand. The story of the flagship café in Hyderabad, opened in 2017, has resonated a successful tune since day one, and every new opening after has amplified the glory.

RCH pours the finest Indian-origin coffee in Hyderabad, Kolkata and Delhi/NCR at present, and from July onwards, in Lucknow and Jaipur.

Café with a side of heritage and culture continues to grow, as it pushes the envelope to develop innovative blends and microlot artisanal coffees, and expand its outreach to create a vibrant ecosystem - beginning from where the bean is grown to where the cup is brewed.

Some of their most popular bags hold good beans from Monsoon Malabar, Thogarihunkal Estate, Ratnagiri Estate, Tribe O from Koraput Hills in Orissa and Harley Estate. The beans are roasted in their Giesen coffee roasting machines under care and supervision. The freshly roasted beans are enjoyed by patrons as French Press, Cold Brew, Pour Over, AeroPress, Cappuccino, Cranberry Coffee and Brownie Blend. Coffee enthusiasts order home the experience through the online store, while the offline experience is complemented with a menu that collates a balanced mix of Continental, Italian and American eats amidst the vibe characteristic of Roastery Coffee House.

In a prominent way, their Tribe O Project, one of their bestselling coffees, is a social enterprise dedicated to improving the livelihood of tribal coffee farmers in India, keeping their indigenous coffee farming practices intact and placing Indian coffee on the globe’s specialty coffee map.

Under the vision of founder Nishant Sinha, who launched Roastery Coffee House after gaining an experience of 11 years at national and international coffee chains, Roastery Coffee engages in direct dialogue with farmers, so they get maximum benefit for their crop. This gives the team direct access to the grassroots team, the fields and the lots where their coffee grows.

Roastery Coffee, a zero-waste brand, was the first to bring Cascara to India. Cascara tea is available in a few countries and all Roastery cafes serve it too. It is low on caffeine and filled with antioxidants. The Cascara is essentially the coffee cherry peel that was a waste product for years and is now bringing additional income to the farmers.

With the launch of the latest Roastery opening in Lucknow and Jaipur in the month of July 2022, the chain will also add its presence in three different cities by November. Roastery Coffee House opens the door to its patrons as the cafe belongs to the age group starting from five years to 85 years as observed over the years at RCH outlets. With eight cafés in eight culturally rich cities, the company is looking at a turnover of Rs 50 crore, a double from the current standing of Rs 25 crore.

While Hyderabad is sprawled across 10,000 sq ft, Kolkata serves in a 7,500 sq ft space; Noida in 6,000 and the latest Jaipur and Lucknow spread across 6,500 and 8,000 sq ft respectively.

Arches, checkered floors, open courtyard and green nature are signature styles of a Roastery Cafe decor. The characteristic spaciousness, soothing colours and minimal furniture create a home-like feel — a space where one can just be.
