Ritz-Carlton Pune appoints Prateek Arya as Yoga and Wellbeing Practitioner

Having years of experience, he postulates the knowledge of yoga in a therapeutic way of healing to the mind, body and soul

The Ritz-Carlton, Pune has recently appointed Prateek Arya as the Yoga and Wellbeing Practitioner.

In this role, Arya will be responsible for positing a safe space for the promotion of mindfulness and overall wellbeing in people through yoga.

A third generation yoga and wellbeing practitioner, Arya has been practicing yoga since childhood, and therefore believes and understand the impact and facticity yoga has on discipline. His values in life and in yoga, have been passed down from generations to generations. He believes in the healing power of yoga and assures the implementation of classical hatha yoga in hi routine.

He strives to share everything he has learnt with his gurus. He has worked both in wellness sanctuary (ashram in Rishikesh) as well as five-star resorts (Six-senses, Thailand). He specialises in posture alignment, meditation programmes, asanas for awareness in the body, Pranayama, breathing sessions and Yog nidra (Art of relaxation).
