Rishabh Tandon has been appointed as the Cluster Director of Human Resources for SAMHI Hotels. Tandon brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role, having held various leadership positions in the hospitality industry over the past 15 years. Prior to joining SAMHI Hotels, he served as the Area Director of Human Resources for IHG Hotels at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida where he supported and strategised HR functions for 12 hotels across South West Asia. His vision is to make a difference in lives of people in the current organisation and he believes in learning about people and understand different facets of life.

Throughout his career, Tandon has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving people strategy, building organisational effectiveness and fostering a positive work environment. He has received numerous accolades for his leadership abilities, including being named on the Forbes India Top 100 People Manager list in 2019 and receiving the Best Hospitality Personality Award and HR Team of the Year in both 2019 and 2020.

Tandon holds a Master of Science in Hotel Management & Catering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai. He has also completed a Post Graduate Certificate programme in Senior Leadership from XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute) in Jamshedpur. In addition to his education, Tandon has received numerous certifications and memberships, including being certified for the evaluation of India Skills 2021 and being an active member of the India Business & Disability Network by CII (Confederation of Indian Industry).
