Ravi Yadav becomes Food and Beverage Manager at Le Meridien Jaipur Resort & Spa

To oversee the operations of all three Food and Beverage outlets at the hotel

Le Meridien, Jaipur Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Ravi Yadav as Food and Beverage Manager. With over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Yadav will oversee the operations of all three Food and Beverage outlets at the hotel namely Latest Recipes, Madeira Bar and Suryavillas along with in-room dining and banquet services.

Seasoned hotelier with apt management skills, Yadav believes that creating a core team lays the foundation for successful operations and bigger achievements. He will be responsible for food and beverage menu planning and execution for all outlets, menu engineering and costing, pushing and maintaining guest satisfaction.

He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from National Institute of Hotel Management, Dehradun and B.Com from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Naur, Uk.

He has worked with brands such as Hilton, Eros Hotels, Courtyard by Marriot, Four Points by Sheraton, IHG and Fortune Select Global. Over the years, he has gathered experience in increasing the profitability and growth of the brand while ensuring guest satisfaction.
