Preferred Hotels & Resorts welcomes 11 new member hotels

Independent hotel brand continues to strengthen its portfolio across the globe

Preferred Hotels & Resorts has 11 new member properties joining its global portfolio between January 1 and March 31, 2022. Ranging from a waterfront in the heart of Boston to an eco-conscious retreat in northern Italy, these diverse new additions provide travellers with a experiences and the opportunities to soak up breath-taking landscapes and reconnect with local cultures.

Among the latest members are new Legend Collection properties, The Leela Palace Jaipurin India and La Casa de la Playa on the Mexican Caribbean in addition to properties in new markets for the Preferred Hotels & Resorts brand such as Marina di Scarlino Resort in Scarlino, Italy, and The Soaltee Kathmandu in Nepal.

La Casa de la Playa (Playa del Carmen, Mexico)
Situated on the shores of Mexico’s Riviera Maya in Playa del Carmen, this adults-only, all-inclusive resort features an exterior that blends stonework reminiscent of ancient Mayan temples and pyramids. The resort comprises 63 stylish suites, all accented with local artwork and handicrafts and boasting oceanfront terraces complete with hammocks, loungers, a private pool, and hydro-massage tubs carved from volcanic rock.
