Neeraj Rawoot Appointed as Executive Chef at Sofitel Mumbai BKC

In his new role, Chef will assist in the functioning and processes of the hotel from setting the menu to ensuring the customers are served well, from mentoring the culinary team to sourcing the right candidates for food and beverage.

SOFITEL HOTELS and Resorts announced the appointment of Neeraj Rawoot as Executive Chef for their flagship property in India, Sofitel Mumbai BKC. Neeraj Rawoot brings to Sofitel, over 21 years of culinary experience and enjoys crafting new and innovative creations as much as he likes preparing them.

In his new role, Chef will assist in the functioning and processes of the hotel from setting the menu to ensuring the customers are served well, from mentoring the culinary team to sourcing the right candidates for food and beverage. Originally from New Delhi, Chef Neeraj plates beautifully crafted wonders and ensure that guests have an authentic experience. His impeccable attention to detail and hardworking nature has led to his achievements in the gastronomy.

Chef Neeraj has worked with some of the finest hotels in the country and overseas, including The Leela Ambience Hotel & Residences – Gurgaon, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton – Bangalore, Hilton Chennai, Grand Hyatt – Mumbai, President Park Bangkok and more. He strongly believes in learning a cuisine and knowing the people and culture of a particular place and creating dishes to suit every guest’s palate.
