Courtyard By Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has announced the appointment of Manju MS as the Pastry Chef, where he will be responsible for the design and creation of desserts, pastries and bread across all the outlets at the hotel. With over 16 years of experience in the field of all things bakery, Manju brings with him knowledge combined with a dynamic and innovative approach to the hotel culinary scene.

His key responsibilities at Courtyard By Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal will be to bring innovation into the bakery and dessert operations. He will also enhance the gastronomic experience at Glazed, the in-house Deli with his signature dishes.

Manju will bring his experience in demonstrating expertise across all disciplines, including pastry, bakery, sugar work and chocolate. He is renowned for his highly detailed creations such as chocolate showpieces, breakfast pastry, bread, and buffet desserts. He also specialises in birthday and wedding cakes, pastry and moulded chocolates, stollen bread, gingerbread and macarons among others.
