The property will expand the company’s upscale brand – Aurika Hotels & Resorts - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has announced its latest signing under Aurika Hotels & Resorts – Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels, with Aurika, Rishikesh in Uttarakhand. Located in Narendra Nagar, this is a Greenfield project, slated to open in March 2025. The property is owned by M/s Kedar Ganga Hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd, and shall be operated through Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary and management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd.

The property will feature 132 rooms and suites, Mirasa, the all-day dining restaurant, Ariva, the bar, extensive banquet facilities including Ekaara, the ballroom, Aurum, the boardroom, and eclectic venues for private events and exclusive experiences. The recreational facilities will include Araya, the spa, a well-equipped fitness center and more.
