Le Meridien Gurgaon gets EV charging station

The charging station can accommodate two cars at a time

In an endeavour to come up with new ways to contribute to the Earth, Le Meridien Gurgaon, as a part of Marriott International’s sustainability and social impact platform, Serve 360, has undertaken one more project of installing Electric Vehicle charging station at the premises with an objective of reducing the carbon footprint to address the climate change and impact of our activities on natural world.

The hotel, besides indulging its guests in gastronomical journeys, also makes it a point to build a community that is responsible towards the planet. It educates their associates and guests on the importance of creating a tomorrow that respects and contributes to the betterment of the society.

The hotel has launched an EV charging station that can accommodate two cars at a time, taking a mere 45 minutes to charge any electric vehicle from 0 to 100%. Marriott Bonvoy guests can also earn points by using EV charging station and the hotel is also offering discount to its employees to encourage them to use electric vehicles and help building the sustainable and greener future. The hotel has also launched a bicycle stand where the guests or employees can park their bicycles free of cost.
