JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar appoints Tripurari Singh as Director of Food & Beverage

To be responsible for leading operations of food and beverages at the property

JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has appointed Tripurari Singh as the new Director of Food & Beverage. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading operations of food and beverages at the property. With over 15 years of extensive experience in overall hotel operations and strong background in seven international hotel chains in Singapore, India and Nepal, Singh possess proven abilities in communication and stakeholder management.

 His professional journey includes leading reputed hospitality brands and working closely with renowned chains like the IHG Group and Starwood Hotels, providing him the knowledge to set priorities and thrive. With a varied experience in multicultural environments, Singh maximises revenue through new and innovative initiatives, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.  His background in F&B operations along with his four plus years of pre-opening experience at The Westin and The Leela Kempinski contributes largely to his varied skill set as he has a strong understanding of adaptability to ramp up operations to the highest standards. At the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, he will be instrumental in leading the hotel’s food and beverage operations as well as ensuring an elevated experience for guests.
