Hyatt Regency Delhi appoints Gaurav Chandna as the Director of Food and Beverage. A driven and skilled leader, he is a Hyatt veteran who brings more than 17 years of experience in food and beverage service to his new role where he will be responsible for providing tactical guidance in the running of the department in line with Hyatt international's brand standards, whilst exceeding employee, guest, and the organization's expectations.

Gaurav Chandna's professional journey began after he obtained a degree in hotel management from Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (B.C.I.H.M), Delhi. Prior to taking up the responsibility of Director of food and beverage, hegrew through the ranks at Hyatt Regency Delhi gaining invaluable experience at their top restaurants. His career has seen him through a diverse selection of assignments in various restaurants and cuisines.

In the last 17 years, he had a passionate journey of professional development with Hyatt. He was also awarded as the food and beverage manager of the year (North Zone) at the 5th BW HOTELIER Indian Hospitality Awards, held from 31 Aug to 4 Sept 2020. 

In his new role as the Director of food and beverage operations at Hyatt Regency Delhi, Chandna is responsible for all the food and beverage service operations of the hotel. This includes the banquet spaces, outdoor events, in-room dining, Hyatt Regency Delhi Delivers, and the award-winning restaurants.

While his professional responsibilities keep him occupied, Gaurav Chandna is passionate about cooking and often indulges his passion by preparing delicious meals from diverse cuisines for his friends and family.
