Hilton Garden Inn, New Delhi appoints Sumit Sinha as Front Office Manager
A highly committed and a people-oriented person, Sinha believes in open door policy and a ‘never say no attitude’
Sumit Sinha has been appointed as the new Front Office Manager of Hilton Garden Inn, New Delhi. In his last stint, Sinha was heading the Front Desk team at Radisson Blu Indore and brings with him over 12 years of experience. He has worked up the positions working with Wyndham, Radisson, IHG & Hyatt. He will be heading the duties pertaining to guest experience and operations and bring in his skills to enhance the functions of the hotel as well as his team.
Sinha started his career with Intercontinental Goa after his graduation and then moved to Park Hyatt in Goa where he managed 250 rooms in 2010. He then moved to Radisson Blu Indore for three-and-a-half years and thereafter to IHG Ahmedabad and later, at Panchkula. “Ramada By Wyndham in 2017 gave me the leadership role with a pre-opening learning as I joined in Lucknow,” says Sinha.

Keeping the motive to achieve the goal clear to his team members has always been one of his biggest strengths. “Guest satisfaction has always been close to my heart and my leadership style defines my team to be on the same path. I believe in making my team learn new thing on regular basis which helps them to be motivated and focused. I love spending time with guest and colleagues which helps me to understand them better. I am really excited to work with Hilton and to be a part of the team where-in together we can make a difference in everyone's life by creating memories,” he adds.
