Grand Hyatt Mumbai’s signature North West Frontier restaurant, Soma, hosted an iconic evening with celebrity Chef Vikas Khanna who celebrated the launch of his latest book, Imaginary Rain, and offered personally signed copy to all the invitees. This sit-down dinner was overbooked and filled with fans of Chef Vikas wanting to create #GrandMemories with him. Chef Ranveer Brar and Divya Dutta also graced the occasion. Chef Vikas awed everyone by meeting each guest in person. 

The The special menu was personally curated by Chef Vikas Khanna with his signature touch. The highlights of the menu included Tandoori Bharwan Avocado, Anjeer Lasooni Palak Paneer Steak, Tandoor Pulled Burrata Butter Chicken, Cheddar Blue Cheese Truffle Rosemary Naan, Kashmiri Yakhini Pulao, Shimla Mirch Ka Halwa, Strawberry and Green Apple Jalebi with Kesariya Rabri Malai Ice Cream paired with signature wine collection and creative cocktails.
