Golden Tulip, the hotel brand of Paris-based hospitality outfit Louvre Hotel Group, operated by Sarovar Hotels, is scheduled to launch its international gourmet programme, Club Des Chefs in India. The event will take place at Hotel Marine Plaza, a Sarovar Premiere Hotel, in Mumbai from March 29 to 31, 2023.

Club Des Chefs is a gathering of chefs from Golden Tulip Hotels, coming together to share recipes and concepts in high-end cuisine. It provides an opportunity to have an authentic and fresh gastronomic experience for their patrons.

The India edition will witness participation of chefs from regions across France, the Middle East and Indonesia. During the three-day event, the chefs will share their regions’ signature dishes and study the culinary landscape of Indian cuisine, while giving workshops, interactive sessions and local market visits.

Golden Tulip restaurant’s concept includes local produce. All would be prepared on site and spiced with flavors from exotic locations from international experiences.

Based on their collective learning and insights, chefs develop innovative dishes that resonate with local tastes and preferences, with an international twist. Chosen signature dishes will feature in Golden Tulip hotels menu.
