Goa government extends Covid-19 curfew till September 6

Auditoriums, river cruises, massage parlours, casinos and spas to stay shut

The state-level curfew in Goa has been extended by another week (till September 6) without further relaxations. In the revised curfew order, river cruises, auditoriums, spas, casinos and massage parlours will remain closed. The state government, last Sunday, had given permission to multiplexes and cinema halls to operate with 50 per cent capacity as well entertainment zones within shopping malls to reopen. The restrictions on weekly markets were also relaxed.

The Goa government has continued on making a negative Covid RT-PCR report mandatory for people entering from Kerala.
