The resort's Goa Baking Company will be offering multiple beverages, desserts and cakes based on mangoes till May 31

Goa Baking Company, Goa Marriott Resort and Spa is set to celebrate the summer with the help of the king of fruits – mango. 

Guests can enjoy several beverages prepared using handpicked mangoes, such as the Mango Fizz, Mango Smoothie, Mango Milk Shake and Mango Mojito. 

Moreover, mango desserts including Mango Raspberry Dome, Mango Mint Popsicle, Mango Cheese Cake Slice, Mango Passion Fruit Jelly Spiral with Dolly Sponge, Mango Truffle, Mango Mascarpone Crumble and Tiramisu among others would also be available.

Guests will also be able to enjoy cakes such as Fresh Fruit Mango Cake, Mango Cheese Cake, Berry Very Mango, Mango Murabba Cake and Le Nosiette. 

Pastry Chef Kalyan said, “This year, we tried to be innovative but made sure that the Mango taste is not overpowering.”

The celebrations will continue till May 31.
