‘Bird Catering & Lounges’ has launched its first cloud kitchen, Eat.Co. The multi-cuisine kitchen Eat.Co, launched in Gurgaon, brings together comfort food and classic favourites under one roof, to deliver meals at the doorstep of users. It offers North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, street food and Italian cuisine.

Bird Catering & Lounges that successfully runs airport lounges, food trucks and food courts has now ventured in cloud-kitchen space with this launch. Bird Catering & Lounges has several in-house cuisine brands including Saunf, Sicily, Sesame, Tamarind, Board Bar and Nik Nak, that will also be offered now through this kitchen.

The handpicked menu at Eat.Co has been inspired by the choices of its customers.

The menu is a mix of street food and home-like dishes such as Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Idli Sambar, Vada Sambhar and Masala Dosa. There is an all-day menu which includes dishes like Pao Bhaji, Veg Burger, Chole Bhature and Poori Chole Bombay Sandwich with chips. A delectable array of North Indian dishes like Tawa Chicken Gravy, Shahi Paneer, Dal Makhani along with a variety of Indian breads and various rice preparations are also on the menu.
