Internationally acclaimed and veteran Japanese Chef Raul Andea Borja has been appointed as the Sushi Chef at Pickwick The Claridges, New Delhi. With a culinary experience of over 18 years, Chef Raul is a master of his arts, his passion for Japanese food and his expertise in running luxurious hotels successfully have brought him a long way in the F&B industry. 

Under Chef Raul’s charge, the hotel has witnessed a lavish and diverse Japanese cuisine menu at Pickwick: Oven fresh pizzas, Avacado Tartare, popcorn shrimp, an array of Nigiri which is a sushi consisting of a slice of raw fish over pressed vinegared rice .and Sashimi which are slices of fresh fish or meat, often over a bed of shredded daikon radish - Asparagus, Takaun, Ottoro, Akami, scrumptious rolls and sundries of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Maki and a lot more to serve to its patrons.
