The city has reported highest air bookings on Cleartrip

Ahead of Sankranti, Cleartrip, one of India’s fastest-growing OTA platforms, saw the highest spike in flight bookings in January 2023 to Visakhapatnam, compared to other cities in South India. The hike in bookings from Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam is at 130 per cent when compared to November 2022 which is off-season. Similarly, traffic from New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Chennai, to Visakhapatnam has also registered 87 per cent, 48 per cent, and 33 per cent spike respectively.
