On the occasion of International Coffee Day on October 1, Foxtrot and Bili Hu are coming together to bring an exciting Coffee Infused Cocktail Menu that will be exclusively available at Foxtrot, Cyberhub from September 30 to October 4.  

Foxtrot, a brand under Azure Hospitality Group, aims to create a place where all manner of creative folk can spend time in sync with their passions and interests in a space that facilitates creativity, interaction, sharing of ideas or just general musing with great food, artisanal coffee and craft cocktails at a friendly price point. Bili Hu is born out of a passion for good coffees and their aim is to bring unique and interesting coffees to the table that were earlier meant only for export. The coffees they offer have been created in close collaboration with some of the best Curers, roasters and coffee estate owners across India.

The menu has four special cocktails that will satiate every coffee and cocktail lover’s heart. First, the Coffee Margarita, which is made with Tequila infused with Bili Hu Coffee, Kahlua, Triple Sec and lime juice is the perfect drink to get your weekend started. Concocted for all the Bourbon lovers, the Coffee Spin Sour is made with Bili Hu & Cinnamon infused Bourbon and Vanilla syrup topped with Egg white and Lime juice, and has the right punch of a coffee cocktail. Riding on the gin wave, the brands have created the Coffee Buzz Martini which is concocted from Bili Hu infused Gin, Kahlua, Fresh Cream, Simple syrup and finished with finely grated white chocolate. Last but definitely the power packer, Dark Passion is made with Passion infusion mix which includes Dark Rum, White Rum and Red Wine mixed with Pineapple juice, Pasion fruit syrup, Simple Syrup, Lime juice and a dash of Angostura Bitter. Based on different spirits, there’s something for everyone in this exclusive menu.
