The Westin Chennai Velachery has promoted Srikanth Subramanian as Food & Beverage Manager. Since 2016, Subramanian has been a part of the restaurant as Restaurant Manager and got promoted as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in 2018. He has been serving as the acting Food & Beverage Manager from April 2020, and led the F&B operations of all restaurants, bars, banquet and Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels.
Subramanian is a graduate in Bachelor of Science, Hotel Management from IHM Pusa and secured All India University Rank 3. He likes to travel and explore new restaurants when is not working. After completing Leela Management Training in 2013, he joined Leela Goa as Assistant Restaurant Manager and worked as Banquet Manager till 2016.
He has been instrumental in managing large scale banquet operations, driving incremental revenue for restaurants, scored 90+ in Associate Engagement Survey in 2018 and 2019. He also has successfully launched a one-of-a-kind restaurant at the hotel, called MKC-Madras Kitchen Company. He has successfully planned and executed various invigorating food & beverage promotions at all dining venues at the hotel.
