Banerjee comes with a rich history of successfully leading flagship hotels and resorts both in India and overseas. With a distinguished career marked by excellence, Banerjee's expertise lies in building high-performing teams, implementing best practices, and driving operational efficiency. His track record includes crafting personalised experiences and lasting memories for guests.
Having earned a reputation for his dynamism, commitment, and hands-on approach, Banerjee has consistently achieved exceptional guest appreciation metrics alongside impressive financial results. In his most recent role, he co-founded Saivas Hospitality in Bangalore. Prior to that, he served as the General Manager of the Sterling Kodai Lake, a flagship property of Sterling Resorts, and the General Manager of Holiday Inn Express Whitefield Bengaluru under the InterContinental Hotel Groups.
Banerjee's impressive journey began at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek in the USA, and he subsequently contributed his skills to hospitality brands such as ITC SonarBangla Sheraton & Towers, Taj Mahal Palace & Towers, and MSC Cruises, among others.
