The hotel has pledged its commitment to covering the costs of vaccination for its entire workforce.

The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts today launches a vaccination drive for associates and their immediate family members and has pledged its commitment to covering the costs of vaccination for its entire workforce.

Anuraag Bhatnagar, Chief Operating Officer, The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts, said, “The safety and wellbeing of our guests and associates is important to us. We are looking at partnering with health care providers across cities in which we operate to facilitate the COVID-19 vaccination drive for all our associates in a phased manner. We are committed towards ensuring that all our associates are vaccinated in line with the government approved procedures and timelines. This drive will also cover family members of our associates.” 

All associates at The Leela Palace Jaipur and over 60 per cent of the eligible associates at The Leela Palace Chennai, The Leela Goa, the soon to open The Leela Gandhinagar and its corporate office have already been vaccinated. It also strives to ensure that this is rolled out across all the other hotels as well as to the remaining associates at the Corporate Office.

The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts currently operates nine hotels with over 3500 associates and is gearing up to open another three hotels, The Leela Gandhinagar , The Leela Bhartiya City and The Leela Hyderabad, soon adding another 1200 associates.
