The Leela Mumbai Appointed Himanshu Kumar as the Revenue Manager

In his current role, Himanshu will be looking after company’s revenue function alongside development and implementation of right rate strategy. He will also help the brand to maintain a trajectory of growth, maximizing overall revenue and identifying new business opportunities.

THE LEELA Mumbai has appointed Himanshu Kumar as the Revenue Manager. With over 15 years of global experience, Himanshu brings with him a vast understanding of the hospitality sector.

In his current role, Himanshu will be looking after company’s revenue function alongside development and implementation of right rate strategy. He will also help the brand to maintain a trajectory of growth, maximizing overall revenue and identifying new business opportunities.

Commenting on the appointment, Sameer Sud, General Manager, The Leela Mumbai said, “We are happy to have Himanshu take on this role. He comes with an impressive revenue management pedigree and has a vast experience in maximizing revenues of hotels and resorts and I am sure he will prove to be an asset to us.”

Himanshu started his career with Marriott Global Sales and later moved to work with brands like InterContinental Hotels Group, Savoy Hotel Apartments Dubai, Marco Polo Hotel Dubai, The Oakwood Pune, Holiday Inn Pune Hinjewadi, and Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi, The Imperial New Delhi and One & Only Maldives. Prior to joining The Leela Mumbai, he worked as the Director of Revenue Management at Double Tree by Hilton, Pune.

In his leisure time, he enjoys listening to music, exploring new destinations and cuisines with his family.
