The ceremony, dedicated to recognising global excellence in the hospitality sector, bestowed top honours upon Ritesh Sharma, the General Manager of The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. 

Sharma's remarkable leadership at The Taj Mahal Palace earned him the prestigious title of ‘Luxury Hotel General Manager of the Year 2023.’ Additionally, the pioneering employee care initiative, Care@Tajness, earned a special mention in the coveted "Employee Care" category.
