Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel welcomes Vijay Bhandari as new Executive Sous Chef

To showcase his exceptional culinary skills and present guests with delectable dishes

Vijay Bhandari has been appointed as the Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel. In his role, Bhandari will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage the kitchen operations as a profitable, independent center that strives to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction. His responsibilities will include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen operation and administration.

Bhandari brings with him 14 years of experience in the culinary industry, having completed his Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the IHM Meerut. He began his culinary journey at Carlson International Group of Hotels as a Culinary Commii, and has since worked with other prominent hotel brands such as The Westin Gurgaon and The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace. He has achieved several notable accolades throughout his career, including being awarded for excellence in customer satisfaction in 2016 and winning the Star Manager of the Month award at The Westin Hyderabad. 

He firmly believes food should be a source of utmost delight for consumers and is of the opinion that adopting a creative approach to cooking serves as a compelling reason to gather around the table. At Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, Bhandari looks forward to showcasing his exceptional culinary skills, presenting the guests with delectable dishes infused with international flavors and a distinct charisma honed throughout his years of experience.
