Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa elevates Akash Kushwaha and Manish Tiwari

Both are passionate and seasoned hoteliers who have held significant roles in top hotels in India

Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa has elevated two of its seasoned Food & Beverage professionals, Akash Kushwaha and Manish Tiwari, as Assistant Food & Beverage Managers. 

A passionate hotelier over the years, having worked with the Marriott International brand across the country and being seasoned hotelier, Akash Kushwaha has held several significant leadership roles with some of the top prestigious hotels, bringing with him a rich experience in the hotel segments of resort. In his new role, he will be responsible for optimising the operations for the restaurants and enhancing guest experiences at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa. “Looking forward to working closely with the dynamic team to deliver a seamless guest experience befitting our Food & Beverage operations,” he shared.

A seasoned leader who brings an extensive wealth of knowledge and achievements to his new post at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Manish Tiwari comes with over nine years of experience in brands like Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotels & Sheraton Grand Pune. He bring with him wealth of knowledge in terms of compliances and manpower planning. With vast experience in the hotel industry and in many cities, he has gained deep knowledge and experience in dealing with a broad spectrum of situations and challenges and will continue to excel and grow the property's guest experiences. “I'm looking forward to playing a key role in the resort's Food & Beverage experience and taking it a notch above. The pandemic has brought about a shift in needs and expectations in many ways and now our priority now is to deepen our engagement with existing guests all while pursuing added opportunities to establish relations and elevating guest experience” he said.
