Over the years, he has worked with various brands of repute including Radisson Hotel Group, Marriott, IHG and Hyatt. His last stint was with Radisson Blu, Dwarka as Director of Food & Beverage. He is a self-motivated and passionate hotelier with innovation, operational efficiency and expedient approach towards problem solving as his key expertise. He possesses an effective management style of managing and developing his team members to achieve highest levels of performance.

Gulati holds a Degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore University. In his leisure time, he likes to listen to songs and watch cricket.
