Rakshit Sharma has been given additional responsibility of Sales and Revenue at Sayaji Hotel Limited. He currently leads Sayaji Hotels as Vice President – Operations & People where over past three years of his tenure he has been instrumental in driving business efficiencies, best practices and operational excellence. He has now been promoted as Vice President - People, Operations, Sales and Revenue.

Sharma has over 16 years of work experience in the field of people management, hotel operations and business strategy, which have been spent spearheading organisational growth, new hotel openings, talent management/ development and analytics. He has worked with hospitality companies like Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hilton Worldwide, Lemon Tree Hotels, Berggruen Hotels and GHM Hotels.
