Hyatt Regency Chennai has announced the elevation of Sangeeta Nongthombam as the new Assistant Front Office Manager. She has over 12 years of professional experience in the hotel industry.

Her key responsibility areas include staff management, developing and executing smooth check in and check out, ensuring exceptional customer service and revenue maximisation, among others.

Nongthombam began her career with Hyatt hotels as a Trainee in Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa and climbed the ladder of leadership with the Front Office department from there on. She has worked in Goa property for eight years before moving to Hyatt Regency Chennai.
