Rishabh Jain elevated to Director of Sales & Marketing at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida

To be responsible for driving commercial objectives and enhance the brand positioning

Crowne Plaza Greater Noida is strengthening its leadership team by elevating Rishabh Jain under IHG’s Room to Grow as the Director of Sales & Marketing. Jain brings along a wealth of expertise in the Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management domain. In his new stint, he will be responsible to drive commercial objectives and enhance the brand positioning.

An industry veteran with more than 16 years of experience across renowned hospitality brands in India with excellent interpersonal skills and a consistent performance record, Jain will now be leading all facets of the Sales & Marketing discipline for the IHG’s largest Crowne Plaza in Southwest Asia.

Having proved his mettle in the previous assignment with Holiday Inn Jaipur City Center and the other leading brands like Marriott International and Taj Hotels, he has led sales, revenue and marketing teams in both; pre-opening as well as established hotels. His extensive expertise in various roles across Sales – Unit, Pre-Opening, Weddings and MICE segment would contribute to his new role to oversee and head all operations across various specialties of Sales and Marketing. He will be responsible for optimising the hotel revenue performances and business development verticals and will also be strategising very closely with the food and beverage team to enhance their visibility and drive the reputation of the hotel. His new position will see him taking on elevating leadership role, leading a dynamic team as well as tactically assisting the marketing roadmap for the hotel.
