Hyatt Regency Delhi is currently hosting a Rampuri food festival at Café, showcasing traditional Rampuri cuisine, a blend of various cultures such as Mughlai, Awadhi, Afghani and Rajput. The Festival aims to offer visitors an opportunity to taste the regal and historical dishes that were once prepared for royalty. 

Curated by Chef Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, the menu at the Rampuri food festival promises to transport visitors to history’s Nawabi kitchens and offers an eclectic range of dishes such as Mahi Seekh Kebab, Nargisi Seekh Kebab, Zafrani Seekh, Tar Korma, Murg Changezi, Tah Biryani, and the staple Khameeri roti, available for lunch and dinner. Chef Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, who has over a decade of experience, is well-versed in various regional variations of Indian cooking and cooking styles. He is a master of the finest Indian Royal cuisines and has conducted extensive research on Awadhi, Rampuri, Hyderabadi, Kashmiri and Mughlai cuisines, resulting in the creation of exemplary delicacies.

This food festival is one of the many experiences and celebrations that Hyatt Regency Delhi has planned for its guests as it marks its 40th anniversary in the Capital this year. The hotel is renowned for being at the forefront of food trends and is constantly innovating and rediscovering culinary experiences for its patrons. The Festival ends May 7.
