Jammu-based real estate and road development company, SS Innovators and Realtors Private Limited has announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for a new hotel development in Jammu (J&K) under the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham brand. 

Lying on the banks of the river Tawi, Jammu is the most strategic city in the state along with Srinagar. Also known as the City of Temples, Jammu is the most visited place in the Union Territory. The city is also the main hub for business and trade for the administrative division of Jammu and has an assortment of businesses and trade opportunities. Some key industrial sectors comprise food grain mills, textile industry, carpet industry, handicraft and handloom industry. It is well-connected to all major cities in India by rail and air.

The new hotel is slated to open by 2024 and will be located in Vijaypur on Jammu-Pathankot National Highway NH1A. Once complete, the hotel will have an inventory of 85 keys, choices of food and beverage outlets and the largest meeting and banqueting space in the city.
