Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport has announced three elevations. While Shashank Goel has been promoted as Food and Beverage Manager, Rahul Sharma promoted as Director of Sales – MICE & Travel Trade and Atul Arora is now Director Of Sales - Catering Sales. 

With a 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Shashank Goel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. He was working as a valuable team member at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport and in a short span of 1 year 2 months, where he made significant contributions to the success of the organisation, he had this promotion.

Prior to his tenure at Radisson Delhi, Goel held key positions as a Food and Beverage Manager at establishments including Oberoi, Taj, ITC and JW Marriott. As the Food and Beverage Manager, he will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the food and beverage operations of the hotel. With his extensive experience in managing high-quality dining experiences and his keen eye for detail, he will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and exceeding the expectations of our valued guests.

Rahul Sharma brings a 15-year background in the hospitality industry, with a decade dedicated to Radisson Group hotels and nearly five years of valuable experience at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport. Sharma's expertise, track record, leadership skills, strategic mindset and industry connections make him an outstanding addition to the team. In his new role, Sharma will take the lead in driving sales initiatives in the MICE and Travel Trade sectors, seizing opportunities and fostering growth. 

With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Atul Arora brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. In 2017, he joined Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport as a Senior Sales Manager and quickly progressed to the role of Associate Director of Sales. Now, as the Director of Sales - Catering Sales, Arora will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of catering sales division. As the Director of Sales - Catering Sales, he will lead and strategise the catering sales efforts, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional catering solutions and exceed our clients' expectations.
