Novotel ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road now welcomes guests to Poolside Bar & BBQ venue for an enhanced experience in a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere. In addition to its stellar views of the city skyline, Blue Terrain will offer an extensive selection of cocktails, wines and spirits from around the world. The poolside restaurant will provide a wide range of bowl meals, sharing plates, fondues, flambés, grills and handcrafted cocktails. Furthermore, Blue Terrain will now have organic, plant-based dishes. 

The new menu, curated by Chef Karan Kohli who has worked with some of the best restaurants in the country, includes dishes like corn ribs, BBQ jackfruit tacos, pork ribs to name a few. The property has introduced a range of fondues and flambés such as classical Swiss cheese fondues, chocolate fondues, Flambeed Steak’s and Flambeed Baked Alaska. These are perfect with a cocktail. The bar will have a range of eclectic cocktails such as Rum & Smoke, Forest G&T, Chai & Marmalade, Peachy Vessel, Flaming Irish coffee and Snake coffee.
