Hyatt Regency Chennai to host the ninth season of Germany's most popular festival

Germany's iconic Oktoberfest beer festival is all set to return to Hyatt Regency Chennai this year, after a hiatus of two years celebrating Friendship. The German delicacies and, of course, vast quantities of beer on offer will make you feel the festive spirit.

The annual Oktoberfest will bring together family and friends to enjoy entertainment and food like never before. The food served will include traditional German delicacies like Bratwurst Pork, Bratwurst Chicken, Bavarian Weisswurst, Fillet Mignon, Chicken Schnitzel, Nutmeg Spätzle’s, etc. and traditional German selection of beers, including seasonal local crafts, plus root beers. The entertainment includes an oomph DJ and a variety of audience participation events.

“We’re excited to bring back the Oktoberfest tradition after a gap of two years,” shared Hyatt Regency Chennai’s General Manager, Ruban Das. “Since 2014, Hyatt Regency Chennai has welcomed families and friends for the traditional Oktoberfest fare and fun, and we’re thrilled to do it again with a Bavarian-styled food offering.” Each weekend will feature a Bavarian Style Mixed Grill Platter with Beers. During the week, guests can gorge on special Oktoberfest a-la-carte food and beer at the bar. The festival will be on between September 18 and October 1 from 7 pm to 11 pm at 365 AS.
