Abhishek Krishna has been appointed as the Director of Talent and Culture at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach. In the new role, Krishna will be spearheading the talent acquisition and culture teams for one of the flagship properties of Novotel in India. He will also oversee all organisational human resources functions, including recruitment, hiring processes, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, and professional development.

With 14 years of hospitality experience, Krishna comes with a deep understanding of talent acquisition and will be prominent in managing the entire HR and training functions. These qualities will reflect in his role and he will be able to become the guiding light for the strategies that need to be planned for the right execution of the employee-centric policies and overall development of the hotel. Being a creative thinker with grooming and strong communication skills, Krishna aims to work towards the best interest of the hotel.
