A GLORIOUS garden of celebration in the sky is how you may describe Le Jardin, the latest offering from Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, the first Novotel hotel by AccorHotels to usher a change in the culinary gastronomy of Indian banqueting. The launch party celebrating the opening of Le Jardin, saw the elite presence of French Counsel General, prominent personalities, corporates of AccorHotels, expats, celebrities and more than a hundred guests. The Parisian rooftop terrace launch showcased over 20 live fusion cuisine counters, thereby being a game changer in the banqueting industry.

The open terrace banquet with a majestic bottle garden and a grand spiral stairway is spread across 18,000 sq feet that can easily accommodate more than 1000 guests. On arrival, guests were happy to immerse themselves in three different ‘stories’ – of food, beverage and entertainment. The launch party was a gala event with Le Jardin beautifully decorated in all its glory with a symphonical ambiance surrounding the banquet space, where saxophone, flute and violin artists swerved around in musical harmony. The guests received anexciting welcome by Russian acrobats serving sparkling wine at the entry of the banquet, as the elegant champagne chandelier glistened atop. A unique Kolkata touch to all concoctions delighted the hearts of the guests who relished the fantastic multi-cuisine delicacies and beverage experiences.
