Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre organises ‘Persian Food Pop-Up’
The festival's menu, curated by Chef Azi, offers a diverse range of dishes that take guests on an exquisite journey through the Middle East
Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (NHCC) is hosting a Persian Food Festival in collaboration with Chef Azi Karami at the HYBA (Hyderabad Brings Arabia). The festival celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Middle East cuisine. The pop-up fest is ongoing until December 17.
Chef Azi Karami lends her culinary artistry to curate a menu that reflects a harmonious collaboration between authenticity and modern interpretation. The festival's menu, curated by Chef Azi, offers a diverse range of dishes that take guests on an exquisite journey through the flavours and aromas of the Middle East.
From the Mezze Plate to the tantalising array of kebabs and the trio of delights in the main course, the festival promises a unique dining experience. The inclusion of traditional Persian dishes like Soup Shir o Gharch, Rubiyeh Soup, Zaffran Cottage Cheese, Phaldari, Joojeh, Persian Koobideh, Veg Zereshk Polo, Zereshk Polo ba Morgh, and Bhagali Polo with Shred Mutton Raan adds to the authenticity of the festival. The dessert selection, featuring Kunafa, Baklava, and Iranian Ice Cream, completes the dining experience with a sweet and indulgent touch.
