Novotel Ahmedabad has announced the return of Brawny Chaturvedi as the Director of Talent and Culture. With over 15 years of work experience in the hospitality industry, Chaturvedi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

In her new role, Chaturvedi will be responsible for leading the talent and culture department and driving initiatives to enhance the employee experience at Novotel Ahmedabad. Her focus will be on creating a positive and engaging work environment that fosters employee growth and development, while also ensuring that Novotel Ahmedabad continues to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

Chaturvedi has an MBA in Human Resources from Gujarat University. Prior to joining Novotel Ahmedabad, she worked with several prestigious hotels and resorts, including Hyatt, Accor, Taj and Starwood, where she held leadership positions in the talent and culture department.
