Nikhil Sharma is set to step into the role of Managing Director and Area Senior Vice President, South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group (RHG), marking a significant shift in the leadership landscape of one of India's prominent hospitality giants.

Impressive Track Record

Prior to his appointment at RHG, Sharma held the esteemed position of Market Managing Director, Eurasia at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, showcasing his proficiency in steering hospitality enterprises to success.

Decades of Industry Expertise

With over two decades of rich experience in the hospitality sector, Sharma has traversed various domains including strategy and planning, business development, revenue management, and distribution. His illustrious career boasts of stints at industry titans like Ginger Hotels, a Tata Enterprise, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, driving operational excellence and spearheading digital and loyalty strategies. Sharma also played a pivotal role as one of the founding members of the Lemon Tree Hotel Company, cementing his reputation as a seasoned industry veteran.

Educational Background and Industry Contributions

A graduate of the esteemed Institute of Hotel Management in Pusa, New Delhi, Sharma further honed his expertise with a certification from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. Beyond his professional endeavours, Sharma has actively contributed to the industry's growth, serving in key roles such as Chair and Convener for Skills and Entrepreneurship at the Confederation of Indian Industry, Delhi State Council, and participating in the Steering Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry.
